Old house is quite fascinating. They are a glimpse to past times and tell a story just standing there. I don't know who lived on this little farm by the sea, but probably a farmer who lived from what the land and sea give them to survive.
There are lots of small farms like this in northern Norway along the fjords. The farms had some cows, sheep, hens and pigs. Together with fishing and maybe other work they managed.
This house i probably from around the 1930´s and have a nostalgic charm. Some windows are replaced and is from around 1970. The house have also a new entrance from that time, but the original part of the house have interesting details and craftsmanship.
The barn is quite small and i close to the house. Short way in the morning to to care for the animals.
Today the house is located close to the road. Today it is much traffic there, but in the old days most of the traffic was on the sea.
