How to make dodol:
First prepare a rather large skillet then cook thick coconut milk, brown sugar, sugar, panda leaves, and salt until boiling. After boiling, remove and leave the coconut milk with low heat and then remove the pandannya leaves.
After that, prepare a small container or basin then mix the thin coconut milk, sticky rice flour and rice flour then mix well.
After that, put the flour solution into the thick coconut milk that has been boiled, then stir slowly until the mixture thickens and cooks and then lifts. A few tips for cooking the mixture evenly, stirring constantly until the mixture does not stop until the mixture is really thick and cooked.
After the dodol is cooked, pour the lunkhead onto a tray that has been placed on a banana leaf then cool it down. If the dodol is cold, print small dodol or taste as you like then wrap it using baking paper.
