Hello Hive Community!

My name is Abigail Leonard, I am from Abia state, and currently, I live in Akwaibom state with my mother and siblings. I'm 20 years old, I am done with high school and working to further my education in Nursing Science. I'm from a family of seven; one elder sibling and three younger siblings, I am the second child, my elder sister is late, she died on the 20th of May 2023, Her death was painful to everyone in the family, but we all have to move on with the next phase if life, she will forever be remembered.

I'm really passionate about supporting people who want to help and also helping people to see the best in every situation. I believe EVERY SITUATION IS A NIGHT TO BECOME.
When situations happen you can't control it, all I feel I can do is just learn from it and be grateful that I got a chance to actually learn from it.

I work in a Nursery school as a receptionist (just your regular receptionist).I have to work to be able to save up to take up the new responsibility of now being the eldest child, I wish to further my education because I see myself as a great person.

When I was very little I always pictured the best about myself in the future and things around me but as we know it's very easy in our minds. It doesn't stop me from trying, looking at the Bible, Noah looked like an idiot building the ark until it started to rain, so I'll just keep building and pushing through and believe that that good day will come for me.

One of my favourite quotes says 'The difference between the possible and the impossible is one's determination'.
Every person can find their unique voice in the world, which makes us all so unique.

MY INTEREST

I love singing as well as dancing, I love gospel musics of all genres most especially , I am also in the choir in my church I attend the redeemed Christian church of God.

Also I love reading and writing, it's has become a habit for me to just pick up my pen and start writing things that comes to my mind, I personally have a diary that I keep and this contains a lot of my thoughts.I also love to travel but it's been a while I travel to have fun, hopefully there will be better times to do so.

I got to learn about this community few months ago, my cousin @treasuree told me about this block chain and she also said that it was mostly from here she was able to support the hospital bills of my sister (blessing) though my sister is gone, I am most grateful because we are not hallowing in debt thanks to the hive block chain.

I was supposed to relocate to lagos , but my mom fell sick , just as my sister died, she's still sick and unfit to travel, my cousin asked me to join the block chain and I am glad that I did.
My cousin explained a lot of things about the block chain to me and though I haven't gotten all but I know with time I will understand all I need to know.
