Wednesday Walk - to the 7th Floor of My Students' Condominium (which is like a mini park)
Last week, I had a rare cancellation of a tuition class which gave me an opportunity to explore this 7th floor of my students' condominium.
What Makes Me So Curious About This Place?
This is a condominium opposite a mall in our area. Everytime we look up to this condominium, we can vaguely see from a distance there are waterpark features there yet we have never seen it up close before. We have had no friends staying here before this. Hence it does make me wonder how it is like there. Until I have a tutoring engagement from an Egyptian family.
This condominium has quite good facilities because it even has a library area designated for its residents at the 37th floor which is where I do my class. However I have always been in a rush to go off from this class and head towards the next and my traveling time is only 15 minutes in between.
But not today ...
I received a text from the next parent that the child was sick thus the class was canceled. I decided to take time to walk a bit at the 37th and their 7th floor.
I walked to the other side of the 37th floor to find a chilling area with some laid back chairs as well. However, even for a person who is not scared of heights usually, I dont think I can chill at the 37th floor. It is just tooooooooo high up.
So I quickly headed down to the 7th floor.
Whenever I passed by this floor, I noticed the walls and windows look very quaint and unique. Today, I went to see how they are really like.
The entrance looks like welcoming you to a mini resort. Here they have nicely-maintained greenery and very worth photo taking areas. Just look at the dome there.
THEN, THERE IS THIS FOUNTAIN!!! It made you feel like you are in Rome for a sec.
I walked past a gym and a cafeteria.
And then to the.....
Waterpark!!!!
It does look like a waterpark that doesn't just cater for children but adults as well. I saw some college students were there playing.
Beyond the waterpark, there is a nice playground for children.
Then I walked past this function room or perhaps it was built to be a restaurant.
And then to a Zen garden with a pond with lily pads.
Just look at the bamboo plants here. I definitely would like to chill here and skip the 37th floor. Hahahah.
After I have finished walking around this floor, I then headed for a haircut because I finally had time for it before dinner with the family.
