The dog days of Summer are upon us in the Old North State. And nothing is more refreshing after a long day at work than a cold, smooth Kolsch style Ale.
Today I enjoyed this very nicely done ale called Dance in the Sun, brewed by the Wiseman Brewing Co. in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Absolutely hit the spot. Not only do I enjoy a nice local brew, but with so many small and independent brewers in North Carolina, what I also enjoy is the "art work" on the cans.
