Sometimes we wonder why security agents, or bouncers, or officers don't smile. It's not because they're angry. It's because their job is to project strength before they ever have to use it.
As a man, learn from that. Look strong, look confident, look focused, look composed, be ready. Carry yourself like you're prepared for anything. Your presence should make the room think twice before testing you.
How you carry yourself, communicate something strong you don't realise before you even speak. People must not see you and have that willingness to disrespect you.
People must always think twice before they think about testing your disrespect to you because that is how you build your self-respect.
Once people don't see other people that personally they can respect, then you have the problem of getting value from people around you. That is how people get successful easily and people fail very easily.
