জীবন মানে ভিন্ন কিছুর স্বাদ উপভোগ করার সুযোগ, তা যেভাবেই আসুক। কারন জীবনের প্রতিটি স্বাদ একই রকম থাকে না, কিছু যেমন দুঃখময় তিক্ত অভিজ্ঞতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হয়, ঠিক তেমনি কিছু আবার স্বাদময় উপভোগ্য অভিজ্ঞতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হয়। এটাই চিরাচরিত কিংবা সাভাবিক নিয়ম হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত রয়েছে।
Life is an opportunity to enjoy something different, no matter what. Because not every taste in life is the same, just as some are considered to be sad bitter experiences, just as some are again considered to be enjoyable experiences. This is established as a customary or normal rule.
তবে আমি কিন্তু সকল অবস্থায়ই উপভোগ করার চেষ্টা করি। কারন হয়তো এটা বর্তমানে আমার কাছে তিক্ত কিংবা খাবার অভিজ্ঞতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হচ্ছে, পরবর্তী কোন এক সময়ে এটা আমাকে সুখকর অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জনে দারুনভাবে সহযোগিতা করতে পারে, এই বিশ্বাসটা আমি সব সময় রাখি। যার কারনে মানুষ যেমন তিক্ত অভিজ্ঞতায় অসন্তুষ্টি প্রকাশ করার চেস্টা করে, আমি তেমনটা করি না। কারন আমি জানি এই তিক্ত অভিজ্ঞতা আমার জন্য ভবিষ্যতে ভিন্ন কিছুর সুযোগ তৈরী করে দিবে।
But I try to enjoy in all situations. Because maybe it's a bitter or food experience for me right now, at some point in the future it can help me to have a great experience, a belief I always hold. Which is why I don’t do as much as people try to express dissatisfaction with such a bitter experience. Because I know this bitter experience will create opportunities for me to do something different in the future.
সুতরাং আমার দৃষ্টিতে, ভালো হোক কিংবা খারাপ হোক, অভিজ্ঞতাগুলোকে অভিজ্ঞতা হিসেবেই বিবেচনা করা উচিত আমাদের সকলের। কারন জীবনের সুযোগগুলো থেমে থাকে না। তাই অভিজ্ঞতাগুলোকে নিয়ে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার চেষ্টা করাই উত্তম। তবে আজ আমি ভালো একটি অভিজ্ঞতার কথা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করবো। কারন ভিন্নতা স্বাদের ক্ষেত্রে দারুন অভিজ্ঞতার সৃষ্টি করে। সেটা হলো স্থানীয় একটি খাবার কেক নিয়ে।
So in my view, for better or for worse, we should all consider experiences as experiences. Because the opportunities of life do not stop. So it is better to try to move forward with the experiences. But today I will share with you a good experience. Because differences create great experiences in terms of taste. That is with a local food cake.
এটিও মারিয়া বেকারির একটি পন্য, কিছু দিন পূর্বে আমি মারিয়া বেকারির আরো একটি খাবারের কথা শেয়ার করেছিলাম। ছোট বেলায় আমরা ছোট এবং গোল আকৃতির কিছু কেক খেতাম, যেগুলোকে আমরা বোল কিংবা বাটি কেক বলতাম। কিন্তু মারিয়া বেকারিতে সেগুলোর ভিন্ন একটি নাম রয়েছে। আসলে খাবারের নামের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের দেশে সামঞ্জ্যতা খুজে পাওয়া যায় না। একই খাবার ভিন্ন ভিন্ন দোকানে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন নামে বিক্রি হতে দেখা যায়।
This is also a product of Maria Bakery, a few days ago I shared another dish of Maria Bakery. When we were little we used to eat some small and round cakes which we called bowl or bati cake. But Maria Bakery has a different name for them. In fact, there is no consistency in the name of food in our country. The same food is seen to be sold under different names in different stores.
মারিয়া বেকারিতে এগুলোর নাম হলো টপ কেক, নামে যেমন ভিন্নতা এনেছে তারা, ঠিক তেমনি স্বাদের ক্ষেত্রেও ভিন্নতা পাওয়া গেছে এখানে। কারন এগুলো স্বাদ চেক করার পর, আমার অনুভূতিগুলো কিছুটা হলেও ভিন্ন কিছু উপভোগ করার স্বাদ পেয়েছে। তবে হ্যা, এটা স্বীকার করছি যে, অন্যান্য বেকারির তুলনায় তাদের কেকগুলোর দাম একটু বেশী। কারন এখানে ৪টি কেকের দাম নির্ধারন করা হয়েছে বাংলাদেশী টাকায় ১০০ টাকা।
At Maria Bakery, these are called top cakes, just as they are different in name, just as they are different in taste. Because after checking the taste of these, my feelings got a taste of enjoying something different. But yes, Admittedly, their cakes cost a little more than other bakeries. Because here the price of 4 cakes has been fixed at 100 taka in Bangladeshi takas.
তবে একটা কথা থেকে যায়, আর সেটা হলো স্বাদ। স্বাদ এর কারনে দামটা আমার কাছে বেশী ছিলো না, কারন আমি এটি উপভোগ করেছি। কিন্তু আপনি যদি উপভোগ না করেন, তবে আপনার কাছে দামটি বেশী মনে হতে পারে। সেই পুরনো কথায় ফিরে আসছি, সকল কিছু আমাদের নিজেদের উপর নির্ভর করে। আমার কাছে ভালো লেগেছে, তাই আমি ভালো কিছু অনুভূতি শেয়ার করলাম আপনাদের সাথে।
But one thing remains, and that is taste. The price wasn’t too high for me because of the taste, because I enjoyed it. But if you don’t enjoy it, the price may seem high to you. Coming back to those old words, everything depends on us. I like it, so I shared some good feelings with you.
