Captive life experience! Do you think it's too bad? Not at all, but a bit tricky. Not just because you have to stay home all day, but because of the fear of being infected with Cavid-19. Because the situation around it seems that the person affected is most helpless. He was separated from all people, including relatives. This is really hard for everyone.
The great thing is that joyful times wander over and over again, joyful memories shake a lot. As if I too had a good time, had the freedom, I could do whatever I wanted. Big helpless today, people around me are helpless. No one can be met even if he wants to, so he fears being attacked by Cavid-19.
In fact, our minds are very diverse, the things that are obstructed, the things they want more! What a strange equation! Even though everything is controlled, our minds cannot be controlled easily! In this one place we are very weak!
However, this time of lockdown is a very important chapter for us, maybe time will be right, but a lot of memories will remain in the heart. Still we have to try, stay normal and keep ourselves healthy and fit. We do not have to be sitting at home all day, but rather in the afternoon we have to make two time exercises. It is important not only mentally, but also physically fit.
