বন্ধুরা, টিমওয়ার্ক ভেঙ্গে যাওয়ার কারন সমূহের ৫টি আজ তোমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করবো। কারন অনেক সময় অনেক বিষয়ে আমাদের সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়ার প্রয়োজন হয়, কিন্তু দেখা অনেক সময় আমরা সকল সদস্যদের মতামত না নিয়েই সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহন করে ফেলি দ্রুততম সময়ে, যা মোটেও ঠিক এবং সঠিক না।
Friends, today I will share with you 5 reasons why teamwork is broken. Because many times we need to make decisions on many issues, but many times we make decisions in the quickest time without the opinion of all the members, which is not right and correct at all.
সুতরাং টিম নিয়ে কাজ করতে চাইলে, এই বিষয়টির প্রতিও গুরুত্বারোপ করা উচিত আমাদের। কারন সিদ্ধান্ত যাইহোক সকলের মতামত নিয়ে সেটা নেয়া উচিত। এতে পারস্পরিক সম্পর্ক যেমন ঠিক থাকে, তেমনি সেই সিদ্ধান্তের প্রতি সকল সদস্যদের সমর্থনও থাকে।
