I performed several sets of explosive pull-ups, trying to bring the bar as close to my hips as possible. This phase is crucial, as an efficient **Muscle Up** depends directly on the height and speed achieved in the initial pull. Without an explosive pull, the transition above the bar becomes heavy and technically deficient. # In the main block, I executed sets of **strict Muscle Ups**. I focused on the grip and the exact moment when the wrists must rotate to position the shoulders above the bar. I worked hard on the "transition phase," that critical point where you stop pulling and start pushing. Avoiding excessive "kipping" was a priority to ensure that the force actually comes from the upper body and not from the momentum of the legs. # To strengthen the specific muscles involved, I complemented the routine with **straight bar dips**. These are vital to gain the necessary pushing strength once you are above the bar.
