Hello Everyone! Again, I'm sharing with you one of the most popular dishes here in the Philippines, "PANCIT BIHON". This dish commonly served in any occasion, especially for us Filipino's a Birthday will not be complete without eating Pancit because it is symbolized a long life and should not be cut short while cooking this dish.
