We all know about the classic type of murder when someone sticks a knife in someone else’s heart, eyes or head or when you get killed in your sleep. Or shot with a gun in the mouth or the kind of murder that happened to Jon Snow, don’t pretend that you’re not watching Game of Thrones, I know you do, but there’s a less known type of murder, the murder of your soul.
When all of your dreams and hopes get killed when you’re private of everything that you love in life, and you just have to sell your life just to live by, only to provide for others, when your life doesn’t become yours anymore.
This kind of murder is spread all over the world, in some countries is practiced more and in others less but it’s met everywhere.
The sad part about this is that most of the people don’t even notice that they are already dead, that they became just some robots, numbers on a computer and they still think that it’s honorable to live like that because they’ve been fed those lies since their childhood. They always hope that they will win the lottery to change their lives or get a raise in their salary so they can afford another loan so they can buy more useless shit.
It’s horrid that people exploit other people for their wellness and the society we live in considers it as being normal, as being the only way.
This type of lifestyle where you sell your time for money, where you have to do useless things that you hate every day is the new type of slavery. Slavery never faded away just got a new name, jobs, Just Over Broke.
The jobs pay people barely enough so they can survive but not enough so they can escape from that lifestyle, so the people become trapped, dependent on their careers.
I don’t say that the jobs are bad just that the wrong job for you is terrible. Only about 3% of the people have their ideal job, just think how crazy is that since a lot of people have jobs.
The best part is that if you realize what’s happening to you there’s still a chance that you can change your life, everything starts with awareness.
