what I have for you today is what transpired in my day (22/11/22) my day started with the normal vibes, with me waking up and praying and doing what the dentist recommends every morning.
I then took a bath, it wasn't a nice experience though because it's harmattan over here and trust me, bathing early in the morning is a nice breaker, especially for someone like me who bathes cold water regardless of the season here.
After the bath, I dressed up and...yeah well I shivered for 10 minutes before any of this though. After that I dressed up and prepared for work(Internship I mean), I cleaned my motorbike and took to the road(not the ghost rider sort). It took a while before I got to the place I work (My bad, it's Tamale Teaching Hospital) the only one of its kind in this part of the country.
So parked and then went to sign in so they'd be aware I had come everyone says I'm a latecomer, not that it's the truth though because I'm an early bird. After signing I made my way to my office (our office).
Someway somehow I was called upon to deliver expert skills for an NGO that had visited the hospital to take nurses through the processes of cleft surgery. So I was tasked to be the 'IT guy' behind the scenes of the presentation.
Initially, I thought It'd be a few moments thing, but guess what? I sat there for hours, I was low by the time I got there, so low and behold, my phone went off and I was left alone with the PC I was working with. It was weird in a way, they were using all those medical terms and I was just listening to them rumbling.
I was finally released later and then went to pray, after which I went to get lunch as if the world wasn't going to be anymore tough, every food I had planned to get was finished so I had to settle for kenkey.
After eating, I went back to the office, and well, we watched the fun world cup and all arguments flowed about how Mexico would do this and that and it turned out to be a draw.
I wrapped it up at work and signed off to go home. The parking lot was bustling as ever again but I made my way and took my bike then left, I was pretty tired from the stress of the day so once I got home I just prayed, ate, and gave myself a good rest.
Damn, I was really tired 🥱
