A "Me" Place

Getting Away from it all…

I'm sure we all have one particular place that we go to escape, or run away, from things that are bothering our troubled hearts and minds. Well, I am not an exception.

This is where I like to go. Only one person in the world knows, and that is my son. My son and I are like best friends. Not even my husband knows my special spot of meditation. If he did, I'd have to change spots!

I don't ever get a chance to _ever be by myself because of the kids, and now that schooling is online at home due to the covid-19 thing, the situation is worsening! But I think that in order to stay mentally sane, we all need a place where we can go to 'get away from it all'.

Right across the way is a rose garden.
This is where I stop to smell the roses.
Literally.
