Its not possible to do that. If they operated like an agency where they'd charge let's say $100 and the designer was paid $20 for an hour of work, then yes. But neither them or anyone else are issued funds in this manner. They are issued funds for each designer's hours. The designers all know how many hours they've spent and how much they receive per hour as it's all on chain. It's not a case where they can lie to designers or hide any transactions.
