Maybe I'm not being able to explain but let me try again.
The argument of "designer do what they want with their money" is valid and I agree but Hivecreators is not a person, is a project.
Hivecreators have funds received from valueplan but instead of use it they are receiving interest while valueplan still transferring funds to expenses that could be payed with the funds previously received.

This is like I ask you $10 for 2 donuts and you give me that money, I buy 1 donut for $5 and keep other $5 with me, after few days I ask you again $5 for 1 donut and you give me that $5.
