Tonight I spent 40 minutes on the treadmill. The walking on the treadmill was in addition to a couple of shorter walks I took with Brownie today. The weather continues to be extremely hot with the temperature once again in the low 90s. When it's this hot, it's better for Brownie if the walks are shorter.
