私の住む町から車で一時間のところに「わさび園」があります。
There is "Wasabi Garden" one hour by car from the town where I live.
わさび園のわさびは自然の湧水で栽培されています。
Wasabi in the wasabi garden here is cultivated with natural spring water.
旬は春先で、わさびの葉はお漬物や天ぷらにして食べるととてもおいしいんですよ〜！＾＾
in spring, in the high of the season, the leaves of the wasabi are pickled and TEMPRA eaten it is very delicious ~! ^ ^
ここのわさび園には神秘的な洞窟もあります。
There is a mysterious cave in the wasabi garden here.

湧水も飲めますが冬季は出ていません。。
Although spring water can be drunk, it did not come out in the winter season. .
すりたてのわさびを、熱々のご飯の上に乗せて、お醤油と鰹節をかけて食べるのが大好物です！
I like freshly squeezed wasabi on hot rice and eat it with soy sauce and dried bonito!
