Yesterday was Day 3 of my journey to rid myself of caffeine.

Photo taken from our small front porch. We have plans to build a larger porch and add a roof to it so we can enjoy our sunsets even more. The three sheep in the photo are (left to right) Belle, Moose, & Tink. Belle and Tink are our newest lambs and are girls (Ewes).

I am happy to report that I didn't take any Tylenol (acetaminophen) yesterday for my headaches that have followed me through this journey thus far. I still had the persistent headache, just not as bad. That, or it was over-shadowed by a new pain.

For some reason I've had knee joint and foot pain yesterday and today. These aren't anything new to me, as I've had them in the past. What's new is there doesn't seem to be a reason for them that I can recall. I also didn't find anything from the googles to point to caffeine withdrawal causing joint pain. Muscle pain, yes... but not joint pain.

Each day there are many times where I want to caffeine-up to get my energy and focus back. The lack of focus and tiredness is the worst drawback of this whole thing. I hate it most.

I try to be as productive as I can each day and push myself daily to do as much as possible. My lack of energy has meant I've not got as much done these past few days as I normally would have.

Still... I hold out hope that the energy will come back once my body fully adjusts... I hope.

That'll be all for this update!
