Let's do this! I see several people I follow do a challenge to introduce themselves to the Hive community and I have enjoyed reading these. The idea was published by 
Those who have followed me for a long time and read my posts, it's not going to be much new for you here since I blog about my life pretty openly all the time.
Let's get to it.
Who am I ?
My name is Franz and I'm 25 years old, I live in Estonia, Its in northern Europe, below Finland. Why I say it like this, because many outside Europe hasn't heard from this place. When I recently visited the USA and told everyone who asked I'm from Estonia, 98% of them knew nothing about this place, but they know Finland.
I live in Tallinn which is the capital of Estonia. I work as a photo laboratory specialist in a photo store which is closed right now due to the current situation in the world. I finished the gymnasium and after that, I have acquired a mechatronics education( electronics, mechanics and industrial programming). I haven't planned to work under this specialty. I can't say I'm interested in it, I just went to learn it because I had no other idea what to study but I wanted to get specialized education in something.
I love traveling and I try to do that as much as my wallet and time allow. Also, I'm a huge nature fan, I enjoy hiking and taking on no easy paths when I have a chance. With that also comes my love for photography especially landscapes photographing.
I have several photographers in my close family, my grandfather was and my uncle is a recognized figure in Estonia so cameras run in our blood. When I was young and had a 2-megapixel camera phone, I took thousands of shots with it. About 4 years ago I was able to collect enough money to spend on camera equipment and we all know that a hobby ain't cheap. Since that time I have gradually upgraded my equipment.
I am also interested in astronomy and regularly follow all the news and discoveries that are involving space. That is also why I have taken photos of Nebulas and galaxies with my telephoto lens. I wish to buy a telescope for that reason at some point.
Why am I on Hive ?
I have been continuously using Steemit a little over 2 years now and considering the recent actions there I moved over here. At the start, it was a little rough to stay on the steemit platform because I invested in when the price was 5 USD, needless to say, that after a few months my investment had gone to shit. At that time when I was starting to get frustrated I also started to get a little recognition on my content. Ultimately, the community was the reason I stayed and I didn't care about my failed investment that much anymore. I'm glad I have made many internet friends here, during the time of Steemit and now will strongly be going forward here on Hive.
What I do here?
Mostly, about 90% of the time I'm posting photography. Travel blogs, experiences and sightings from hikes and so on.As my bio here says "Guy from Estonia, Photographer, nature, astronomy and adventure lover. Here you can expect loads of photography and stories behind them" It pretty much concludes it. Of course, I'm not only limited to this, sometimes I post random stuff that is just on my mind.

And that concludes this post for now. I probably missed information about myself I cant remind to write about here now but it's fair enough. I have already spent 45 minutes on this post.
