Hello friends, pleasant weekend. Glad you visited my blog.
Letting go of an addiction or a person may be incredibly tough particularly when you previously loved a person very much and the following day you guys become strangers. It might be difficult to let go of the memories of the loss of a loved one.
At some point hanging on to these memories might affect our progress emotionally, psychologically, and physically. It is alright to cry, shout and be upset for days yet it is also appropriate to go on. Life may not always be the way we want it but we shouldn't let the past have control of our future. I genuinely believe everything occurs for a reason and if a person chose to leave you, take your time to recover and move on.
I had been there previously when I loved someone so deeply. I truly was into this individual and couldn't spend a day without chatting with him. Then one day I heard him say "let's break up". It was as if it was the end of the world. If you know you wouldn't love me then why would you even make me fall for you. The hardest thing was that it was a school period. It was incredibly hard to understand what I was being told in class. But all thanks to my closest buddy she was there was me all that time
I hear stories of individuals ending their life after their marriage or relationship fails. Like why would they ever think about that?.. the other person could be happily living while you are dead creating further agony to your family and friends. I genuinely believe folks that commit suicide are incredibly selfish. Like how do you depart the world without regard to how other people around you would feel. Being wounded, damaged or sad is not simple but simply discovering what works for you.
Take a break/vacation: Environment may have a tremendous influence on individuals emotionally. If a certain spot reminds you of pains and brings back memories there's no evil in leaving there for the primary time. Going to a resort and having fun. For an addiction, be determined to cease doing it. It could be incredibly hard and you might fall into them severally after that choice but don't quit trying.
Meet new people:
This works for me though. Interacting with new friends helps me. I detest being alone when hurt or broken because a thousand bad things may race through my head.
Play music:
Music acts as a meal to my soul. If I'm in pain or broken, I simply listen to music and it makes me feel a lot better. Books are any pastime for you just to do something entertaining.
Avoid being alone and in lonely locations.
Don't focus on the pain too much. You are merely harming your growth. It's alright to block him/her from messaging or seeing them to help you recover.
Moving on quickly doesn't make you a weak person, it does make you a stronger person. It restores your happiness and the peace of mind you deserve.
