Who knows any Poetry publishing company or website that pays poets for submitting their poetry without asking (the submitter) for payment?

A friend of mine recommend a site for me to check out quality poems and the writers get paid when people upvote their work. It's like steemit except that it's just poems that are posted there. I hope you'll like it
