Its really interesting to learn how powerful the mind is, I want to share an experience i had that illustrate this.
Nigeria is place where you normally take malaria medication every six months depending on the level of exposure to mosquito bites. It got to a point that whenever i feel i am having headache, what comes to my mind is that i am suffering from malaria, but its not always the case.
So lately,i decided to try something different. This time, i decided to eat whenever am having the malaria type of headache,because it started occurring frequently unlike before. Interestingly, i got revealed each time.And from that point onward, I understood that my mind has been playing tricks on me
What we think is our reality is actually what we believe whether it is real or imagined. Our situation is what we believe it is.
