I was already losing my patience when she said she wasn't around again.
That was the lady I was supposed to deliver an item to. This afternoon I had to help hubby deliver some goods to a client since he wasn't around.
I called her before leaving the house that I was coming, and asked where I should meet her. She gave me the location and I took keke. While I was on my way I called to inform her I was already close.
And that was when she told me she isn't around, that she was busy. I was angry but I was still trying to maintain my cool.
I called her again to asked where exactly she was so I can bring to to the exact location. And then she snapped at me....... Haaaa I almost shout back.
But nah I was acting a a customer care representative for a brand and like the saying goes " customer knows best".
Hmmmmmm that was really hard.
Finally she shared her location and I was there in less than five minutes, mind e I was with my son this whole time and the weather was already cloudy.
Well I got to the location and she wasn't there I had to pay extra to get to where she was .
Finally I delivered the goods.
Now all these while I was angry, I should have given her a piece of my mind. But I am wondering what really happened?
Was i calm because of the money?
Or is it growth?
