Honestly life without my phone and computer will not really be boring to me.I know this sound cliche but that's the truth because I have tried it and it has not really been that bad.
Some things that we feel are not achievable can actually be achieved if we set our minds to it and before you know it our system just adapt to the new change.
One time I was so addicted to my phone I bearly have time for people around me I was so lost in the real life, if my phone battery become so low and there is no power supply I feel so sick and everything seem boring to me.
So I told myself i was going to break free from that addiction and I did the amazing thing was that my phone was with me but I didn't really operate it.
Now you will be wondering what I was doing and I was able to go on that break.
I was fully engaged with other activities like cooking, taking care of the house and gisting.
During those periods I got learn a lot and get more aquinted with people around me.
Sometimes we get so carried away with digital life and forget what's happening in the reality.
If I am to stay a week with our my phone and computer here are what I will do so that I don't get bored and lonely.
COOKING
i will creat new recipes and tips and take my time to prepare testy and delicious meals.
MAKING WIGS or Hair
This is one thing I like to do that takes my time and it also pays me. So yes wigging and making someone hair will make my week fun and productive.
READING.
I will visit the library, read novels, make some research and create my own content. That way I will be feeding my brain. so yes I can do it!!
Visit my friends.
I usually make out time to go help an old friend of mine she is so advance in age that sometimes she can't do things. So I will visit her and help her out with things.
Sleep
A week without my phone will afford me the opportunity to sleep in time and have more than enough rest.i like my sleep

Yes I will clean, and rearrange things in my house, and put things in other.
I will also decorate the room.

Have you tried play the card game with someone before? Meeehhhn!! It's fun and exciting there is this joy you get when you are wining or trying to win.
While playing we could talk about a lot.
So yes these are the things I will be doing without my phone for a week.
