Hello everyone I hope you are doing all good the newbies initiative has been very exciting it has also been very educative for new members like myself. The second Tutorial was based on dos and don'ts of Hive which entailed several rules and regulations to be followed in order to avoid punishment on the blog.
I am excited about sharing the lessons I got from the tutorial class. I carefully read the tutorial post by our teacher 
SO FAR, MY HIVE EXPERIENCE
Hive is the best platform on the planet right now; the design is incredible, the Blockchain security is top-notch, and the fact that I am in charge of everything is the best freedom any user could dream for.
I joined the Hive Blockchain roughly four months ago with little or no knowledge of Hive's many advantages. To get to where I am now, I had to take a long and winding road. I looked through a number of communities in search of the appropriate fit for my interests. I observed that the efforts users put in to work were different in each Community.
I had days when I felt it was time to leave Hive since things were not going well for me; my posts had little or no curation, but I put a lot of effort into them, and I had no clue Hive was about more than just writing posts every day.
At the moment, I have over 1000 posts on the Blockchain with a reputation of 60, and I am steadily increasing my fellowship while interacting with renowned authors on the site. I've made new acquaintances from all over the world and from different sections of my nation. I adore Hive, and I adore my Blockchain adventure.
PLAGIARISM AND VOTE BEGGING: MY THOUGHT
Plagiarism is the act of taking someone else's work and claiming it as your own. Plagiarism is a test of your human character to do what is right and good, and it might result in your credential being cancelled. It's also a test of your human character to do the correct and decent thing. If the original work must be duplicated, it should almost certainly be sourced so that the genuine inventor may be recognized. Plagiarism is a significant infraction on the Hive site, thus watchers were employed to ensure that plagiarized pieces were not being published.
Downvoting is the most common punishment, followed by designation as a Blacklisted Account and, in extreme cases, permanent account blocking on Hive.
Vote begging is the act of soliciting financial donations for your posts on the hive blog. It can be done by tagging a large number of people in your post to create a false sense of awareness about your post. Vote begging should be discouraged; curating should be done at the discretion of the curator and according to the curator's standards.
Downvoting, muting from the community, or being labeled on the Hive Blog are all severe penalties of vote begging. We must act in accordance with Hive's regulations.
POST-CYCLING
Rebranding a post so it to look completely different is known as post recycling. I believe that content creation can be improved by taking some time to sit down and think critically; the need to recycle a particular post is due to a lack of motivation to work or exert effort, which is contrary to Hive's values.
Hive was built to welcome new and unique content on a daily basis, which is why the Hive Blog designed a variety of Communities for users to choose from and use to express their creativity. Hive leveled the playing field for everyone to show off their skills. On the blog, we must discard post recycling, and I have learned this.
MARKDOWNS
Markdowns make our posts very beautiful to read, inviting users to always visit and read your post again, the designs makes the work arranged properly. I have learnt alot like justifying, increasing fonts, using the (sub), how to bring words to the centre of the post, how to source your work also, the quality of images to be used too. These marking down styles gives the post the needed beauty deserved. I am still going back to read about more and I have been experimenting them.
