I think ten minutes is too small if we are all left alone in a room because I doubt anybody will remember to act grown. Someone will mention the silly mistake one of us did that made everyone laugh back then in classrooms, and suddenly, we will all start laughing like we were on those individual metallic students compatible chair fixed with its table, rushing out to the playing ground when the bell rings.

I have had some reunion with my childhood friends which stayed alive for hours, so I imagine this also to be one especially at the beginning. We might start from comparing the way we look then to our current facial appearance, our nicknames, who was always late, the best at each subject, the sports lovers, and all those moments together then. Even that one classmate who does not like to talk might surprise us. And situations might have changed because that one person who does not like to talk in class might be the MC for the reunion.

But what I am not sure of is if the laughter we began with the first day with stay like that the rest of the days. After the first reunion laughter, real life situation is going to follow for the rest of the days. Some might need to be constantly receiving calls from work, family, another might be thinking of how to go back home, and some might not be really sure of what to say because we all have different lives and ambitions we are on and the type of conversation we might be having will be different. And that feeling does not mean the old is and friendship isn't longer there. It just shows that we are grown up and growing up will always gives us different responsibilities, new dreams, but it also gives them new stories to bring back.

I believe that the camaraderie can return because I am still close with some old friends and classmates, though with those I am not really close to again unlike before, it might also return but not exactly like before. We cannot become the children we once were, and there might not be a need to have to. But what I am certain about is that the ease of being understood with over explaining every thing can return. Our old style of talking, nicknames, some other things too which might not need for us to be giving a long speech of how much we have missed each other.

I would want us make the moment memorable but taking group pictures, exchange contact, make a fixed plan to meet again rather than just saying the usual thing about doing it often. But the real test after would be if any of us is going to follow up after the pictures, lovely time spent together and few months of the reunion.

Perhaps, I feel one major thing about reunion is to always know that life and time has changed our lives, but when the time comes, we will always find a way back to each other. Some jokes need not be introduced again, they only need to be said by the right people in the room.
