borrowedearth@borrowedearth challenged fellow Steemians to post about something that you consider to be a Guilty Pleasure... Especially if it is something that didn't used to bring about that "guilty" feeling.

Being a homesteader and growing most of our own food, I cook from scratch almost always. The guilty pleasure is all the desserts I make.

For baking I use millet flour and LOTS of eggs to get a cake like texture. For puddings and cream things I use raw milk and we make raw butter. Most use little or no sweeteners, except the jelly.
