With this intriguing post title, I present—through photographs—the awakening of dawn, the awakening of a new day in my city, as seen from its roads. For these planned photo shoots, I always check the sunrise time the day before to determine when to head out and get to work.

And right here, where this batch of photos ends, I quickly reach our little pond—or ditch—where the sunrise is especially beautiful; but we’ll get to that tomorrow or the day after—I still need to review and edit the photos.
