What can be my motivation to work except money?
When we talk about motivation we speak of great potential of what human can offer or behaved while working, appart from money There are some reward one get when he or she works.
Passion if I have passion on the work am doing I will do it deligently with out no worry of paying me or not. Passion handle slot in any work we do people could see you suffering but it only that sees the joy in what you do.
Relationship is another ways one works without expecting money as rewards. You don't expect me to work for my in-laws and expect them to pay me but when passion is there, you can work for relationship that will reward for a big gifts than money.
