Hello and i just want to start by saying I think Steem can hold its own.
I happened to go on coinmarketcap today and I noticed everything is down in the red as I look down the page I see Steem there it is in the green. I really believe the cryptocurrency Steem will really thrive because of this great Community we have on Steemit. As new people come into cryptocurrency everyday they will eventually find out about steem and that will then lead them to Steemit and that's just going to raise the price of Steem. As long as the community keeps putting up good content and valuable information I see no problem why Steem will not continue to rise in value. As the platform grows bigger and bigger day by day the cryptocurrency Steem should grow as well.
I find it amazing how a cryptocurrency like steem can keep going up while Bitcoin goes down. I really believe in this platform Steemit an the technology that it stands for, I really don't see another platform out there that can stand up or even compared to Steemit at this moment. Its just one in a kind. Steemit is going to be a pioneer just like bitcoin was to money the first decentralized currency. Steemit is the first social media site platform that runs on the blockchain and has its own cryptocurrency.
I don't know if you know this but the biggest social media site on the planet Facebook has banned all cryptocurrency ads they said they do not want to be a part of it, and did that affect the price of steem I don't think so, did it affect the price of bitcoin yes i would say so but why not steem you may ask and i truly think because of this platform Steemit can hold the price of Steem up high while the other crypto fall. As long as we stay together as a community and comment upvote and resteem each others post and buy Steem the price should stay up in my eyes.
Think about how much attention bitcoin just lost losing them advertisement spots on Facebook I would say quite a lot. Bitcoin doesn't have its own social media site like Steem has with Steemit. Dont get me wrong now i still believe bitcoin will hit all time highs again this year im just saying bitcoin is trying to find a new foothole to step in while it builds support back under it, and we all seen what happen a few months ago after it gain all that support it started to moon. So no doubt in my mind after it finds that support barrier it will raise again.
