The skills of listening and reading have been stated ”Passive” Skills because the labelers stated the being of listening a passive matter, calling it a listener as tape recorder’s explanation. This perspective fails to think for the interpretations listeners make as they listen they spoken thing according to their own aims for listening and their own lessons comprehending.
Everyone can observe that when a listener tries to understand that listening, this doing is not a passive skill but an active skill that needs special doing in language study. This active doing can be performed gradually as an element of listening skill-creating doing. Students can be taught to realize that being good listeners need as much work as do becoming skilled in speaking, reading and writing in English. More often pay attention to listening program/doing can rise the sense of thinking, to be easily understanding the listening (Morley, 2001 : 75)
