Hola, artistas de Hive!

Últimamente he estado practicando mucho con acuarelas. Aún no las domino del todo (como me gustaría), pero creo que voy avanzando. Aquí les dejo mi ultima creación, espero sea de su agrado!

I've been practicing a lot with watercolors lately. I haven't mastered them yet (as I would like to), but I think I'm making progress. Here is my latest creation, I hope you like it!

PROCESO / PROCESS

💀BOCETO / SKETCH

Empecé haciendo un ovalo para el cráneo y líneas horizontales, para ubicar las partes principales de la cara.

I started by making an oval for the skull and horizontal lines to locate the main parts of the face.

Luego delinee y le di forma a lo que vendría siendo la parte los pómulos, la sien y el mentón.

Then I outlined and shaped what would become the cheekbones, temples and chin.

Terminado lo anterior me dispuse a ubicar la parte donde irían los ojos, la nariz y la zona de los dientes.

Once this was done, I decided to place the part where the eyes, the nose and the teeth area would be.

Y para terminar el boceto, agregué los últimos detalles antes de empezar a pintar.

And to finish the sketch, I added the last details before starting to paint.

💀ACUARELA / WATERCOLOR

Inicié con una capa suave de color beige y luego la intensifiqué un poco con café claro. No apliqué color en las zonas de luz y en las zonas huecas.

I started with a soft layer of beige color and then intensified it a little with light brown. I did not apply color in the light and hollow areas.

Continué intensificando el color con marrón oscuro y negro.

I continued to intensify the color with dark brown and black.

Para finalizar, oscurecí las sombras y las partes huecas con un negro mas saturado y son un poco de pintura blanca, resalte las zonas de luz.

To finish, I darkened the shadows and the hollow parts with a more saturated black and with a little white paint, highlighting the light areas.
