Saludos a todos los amigos que forman parte del maravilloso mundo de la #colmena, en esta oportunidad me presentaré para ustedes, considerando prudente decirles que es grato encontrar un espacio para expresarnos en las cosas que nos gustan, de las que tenemos conocimiento, un universo que nos permita conocer historia mientras continuamos con nuestras actividades diarias.

Greetings to all the friends who are part of the wonderful world of the #hive, in this opportunity I will introduce myself to you, considering prudent to tell you that it is pleasant to find a space to express ourselves in the things we like, of which we have knowledge, a universe that allows us to know history while we continue with our daily activities.

Me llamo Gledys Palencia, nací en la ciudad de Maracay estado Aragua, hace 24 años, actualmente resido en Estados Unidos. Soy una comunicadora social en formación en la Unerg, y también me encuentro adquiriendo conocimientos de un nuevo idioma en el instituto Tuniversia internacional.

My name is Gledys Palencia, I was born in the city of Maracay, Aragua state, 24
years ago, I currently reside in the United States. I am a social communicator in
training at the Unerg, and I am also acquiring knowledge of a new language at the
Tuniversia international institute.

Proveniente de una bella familia, con una madre que me inculcó valores y hoy en día gracias a eso, puedo describirme como una persona honesta, amigable y de buen corazón, ya que me enseñó que la bondad está primero y que todo aquel que obra bien, siempre le irá bien. Soy amante de la música (tocarla y escucharla) disfruto la lectura y el mágico poder que tiene un buen libro para transportarte a su historia, me encanta aprovechar la creatividad en la cocina (pastelería) y para decorar.

Coming from a beautiful family, with a mother who instilled values in me and today thanks to that, I can describe myself as an honest, friendly and kind-hearted person, as she taught me that goodness comes first and that everyone who does good, will always do well. I love music (playing and listening to it) I enjoy reading and the magical power that a good book has to transport you to its story, I love to take advantage of creativity in the kitchen (pastry) and to decorate.
A todos en la vida nos toca en algún momento abrir las alas y volar, mi formación universitaria, me permitió pasar a ser independiente, un proceso algo difícil para alguien tan sentimental y que nunca se había separado de la familia, me fui a residir a San Juan de los Morros, donde conocí el esfuerzo y el trabajo duro para lograr metas, los verdaderos amigos y el amor.

My university education allowed me to become independent, a somewhat difficult process for someone so sentimental and who had never been separated from the family. I went to live in San Juan de los Morros, where I learned about the effort and hard work to achieve goals, true friends and love.


Un transcurso para crecer y madurar, cada una de las cosas buenas y malas que conocí y aprendí en esa ciudad, me enseñó cada vez más a ser agradecida y sobre todo a ser feliz con lo que logramos, hoy día estoy casada con un hombre maravilloso, entregado y bondadoso, con el cual tengo un hermoso príncipe de tres años.

A course to grow and mature, each of the good and bad things I met and learned in that city, taught me more and more to be grateful and above all to be happy with what we achieved, today I am married to a wonderful, dedicated and kind man, with whom I have a beautiful prince of three years.

Como lo comente antes, las adversidades y situaciones vividas nos enseñan a valorar y ser agradecidos con lo que Dios nos da, es tener gratitud con lo poco o mucho con lo que contamos, mientras logramos lo que queremos. Me quiero despedir con esta frase de Roy Bennett “si no estás agradecido por lo que ya tienes, ¿que te hace pensar que serías feliz con más?.

As I said before, adversities and situations teach us to value and be grateful with what God gives us, it is to be grateful with the little or much we have, while we
achieve what we want. I want to say goodbye with this phrase from Roy Bennett "if
you are not grateful for what you already have, what makes you think you would be
happy with more?
