I had a privilege to be a part of a project about the activity we had in connection with the 75th Anniversary of the Leyte Landing.
I was tasked to take a picture or a video of the statue of General Douglas McArthur, the American general who is famous amongst Filipino people because of his promise during the World War II: "I shall return."
His promise became a quotable quote that until this time, he is remembered with those words.
Anyway, because of my task, I woke up earlier than my wake up time to see the sunrise. Sunrise was at 5:35 a.m., so I was there at about 5:30. I wish I was earlier though. But the sunrise was still beautiful as ever.
CHARM was engulfing the scenery; water was CALM; sky was CLEAR, with just few low lying clouds in the horizon. What can be more beautiful than these three C's? I think it is perfect, don't you agree?
The CHARMING sunrise didn't fail to fill me with awe. I could not help but give thanks to Jehovah God, the Creator of the sun, for generously showing us his artistry for free every single day!
