I caught myself thinking, "I'll go for a walk in a few minutes." I'm glad I didn't wait.
The morning began with a short walk while the air was still cool. I mixed in a little jogging and wrapped things up with a few simple exercises before settling into the rest of the day. It wasn't a long session, but it helped clear my mind and gave me a good start.
The hours disappeared faster than I expected. Between everyday responsibilities and the usual errands, there wasn't much free time. I still managed a quick walk after lunch and another after dinner, using those small breaks to stretch my legs and get away from the screen for a while. Looking back, those few minutes of movement were probably the most refreshing parts of the day.
By the evening, my tracker read 7k steps.
I've realized that waiting for the "perfect" time to exercise usually means it never happens. A short walk when you have ten spare minutes is often better than a big plan that stays on tomorrow's list.
Do you prefer getting your activity done early in the day, or do you naturally find time for it whenever you can?
