Not every day ends with a number you're proud of... and that's okay.
I headed out in the morning with the usual plan—a quiet walk, a little jogging, and a few exercises before the day got busy. It felt like any other day, and I honestly thought I'd have no trouble staying active.
But life had different plans. The hours disappeared into work, small responsibilities, and the usual daily tasks. I even managed a couple of short walks after lunch and dinner, but they were shorter than I wanted because there always seemed to be something waiting. By the time I finally looked at my tracker, it showed 7k steps.
For a second, I felt disappointed. Then I remembered something this journey has taught me: one low-step day doesn't erase weeks of good habits. Progress isn't built by being perfect every single day—it's built by showing up again tomorrow instead of giving up today.
What do you do when a day doesn't go the way you planned? Do you brush it off and move on, or do you find it hard to reset? I'd love to hear how you handle those days.
