Weekends used to be the easiest days to break my routine. Now they’re becoming my biggest step-count days.
This morning started without any rush. No alarms, no deadlines—just a relaxed walk, some light jogging, and a few exercises to get moving. The weather was good, so I stayed out a little longer than usual. Not because I was chasing steps, but because it felt nice to be outside.
The rest of the day followed the same pattern. Daily activities kept me on my feet, and those post-lunch and post-dinner walks made another appearance. What was supposed to be a quiet weekend gradually turned into a very active one.
At one point in the evening, I checked my tracker and laughed. I had already doubled the challenge target without even realizing it. By the end of the day, the total reached 25k steps.
A few months ago, I thought consistency meant forcing yourself to do hard things every day. Now I think it’s more about making movement a normal part of life, so it happens even when you're not thinking about it.
