Lots of people know that a Fire Officer is a person who likes to be angry, emotionally, brutally and heavily angered by the citizens while performing their duties. But in my view as a Fire Brigade, our society's assessment is an input or criticism. We are very pleased to get such criticism because of the criticism and input will be a future motivation for us later.
Firefighters are a tough job, facing a huge fire. But the Fire Officer has no word of surrender while performing his duties because it is already a duty. When we got Information about Fire, there our hearts beat fast, life was at the end of death. But we as Firefighters must be able to calm or control ourselves.
On our journey it is very difficult to cross because of the congestion of people who are also passing through the streets, but the public must be aware that when firefighters pass by on the streets should immediately give way to firefighters who are carrying out their duties. Sometimes people do not care about it, so the firefighters are very angry, actually we do not want it if the community does not block the way of fire fighters. When we arrived at the Place of Case Events we were greeted by the anger and panic of the residents / victims who crowded the scene. We must be aware that the anger of the citizens is a form of panic that they are unable to see such a fire. We also have to control ourselves and try to calm the panicked citizens, like a citizen who became a fire and firefighters who became the water, do not let the officers also become a fire that will cause a commotion.
Fire Brigade is a tough but very noble job. Thus the firefighters were not praised, Failed in verbal abuse and death was not recognized. But we as firefighters are very fond of the challenge. How much trouble will we face anywhere, we remain brave because of our risk as a firefighter, this is our job and we are proud to be a Fire Officer.
