Thousands Of Bikes On Streets Of China | Why People Don't Steal Them?

On my today's ride I noticed these bikes. They are the city bikes called Mobike, which are extremely popular here in China. I guess these ones are not used too much, that's why they were put in this spot. The question is - why people don't steal them and what is up with stealing in general in China. I decided to share it with you in this video.
