Since I was very young I always had the desire to know Australia. The only country-continent.
Many, like me, have that dream. Australia is famous for its kangaroos, its history, its beaches and its English accent, which is very appealing. These are some of its attractions, the reasons why many people want to go there.
From Venezuela, several have gone there and have not returned. They felt so comfortable that they decided to live there.
I want to visit that country. There is like a magnet that wants to drag me there, but there are also circumstances that have not allowed me to do so. It is a dream that I must fulfill before I die. I want to see the whole country, but there are only two places that I love the most.
I would like to get to know the Kimberley region in northern Australia.
To my knowledge, the Kimberley is a remote and little-known region that is home to some of the country's most breathtaking scenery. From white sandy beaches to deep gorges, the Kimberley region is a place of contrasts and indescribable beauty. This is what I have read and learned on my life's journey.
It calls my attention, it is a park of rock formations that look like huge orange and black domes. I understand that this is not found anywhere else on the planet. It is an ideal place to make videos or even movies.
The other thing that captivates me are its cliffs, they give a touch of suspense and provoke writing stories. More when you can find freshwater crocodiles.
Kimberley also has a rich aboriginal culture that makes it more attractive. But the best thing as far as I have read, is its inhabitants, they are known to be friendly, welcoming and very interested in sharing their culture with visitors. A place for me; for adventure.
Another place in Australia that I would like to visit is the koala island. I can't miss those little animals that are so popular all over the planet and that are only in Australia.
As far as I know, the island is ideal for capturing images with cameras due to its nature, wildlife and to get up close to some of the symbols of Australia.
And definitely, Australia is among the top countries on the planet in offering a quality of life and that is priceless.
It is a dream I want to fulfill. I am sure that when I go to visit, I will stay and live.
