This time I want to share with you about shrimp in my village in Pidie District, Aceh Province, Indonesia Country. In our place is called windu, black shrimp, wat shrimp. These shrimp live in salt water and commonly nursery in ponds.
It tastes very good and can be eaten in many ways. I eat by frying, eating with fried noodles or Aceh noodles. I also ate with yellow sauce. Everything is very tasty.
This shrimp is the catch of my parents in the pond. Because I go home so the shrimp is not sold. I ate the prawns and some of them I brought to Banda Aceh, where I live and look for sustenance now. The size of this shrimp 20 tail or 25 head one kilogram.
I go back home usually come to the pond to catch the shrimp. It's a very exciting and fun experience. Because I will go into the water and try to find shrimp in the water. Despite the muddy ground, I am still very eager to find shrimp.
