Un cordial saludos querida comunidad de hive, el día de hoy quiero compartir una receta muy sencilla ideal para preparar en cualquier ocasión en mi caso fue mi cena quise preparar unos panes rellenos con ingredientes básicos como salchichas, vegetales y algo de salsas y queso , una forma muy sencilla y rápida de preparar unos deliciosos panes, estaré explicando en el paso a paso de esta exquisita receta sin añadir mas cocinemos.

A warm greeting dear hive community, today I want to share a very simple recipe ideal to prepare for any occasion in my case was my dinner I wanted to prepare some stuffed breads with basic ingredients such as sausage, vegetables and some sauces and cheese, a very simple and quick way to prepare some delicious breads, I will be explaining in the step by step of this delicious recipe without adding more cooking.

Ingredientes/Ingredients

pan canillas, 6 salchichas, repollo, 1zanahoria, salsa tártara ,salsa de tomate, picante, queso parmesano, aceite, sazonatodo, papas fritas.

bread canillas, 6 salchichas, cabbage, 1 carrot, tartar sauce, tomato sauce, spicy, parmesan cheese, oil, sazonatodo everything,french fries.

Preparación/Preparation

Paso1-Step1

Primero tome las salchicha y corte en cuadrito, luego el repollo y la zanahoria le retire la piel, lave muy bien y pase a rallarlos,reserve.

First take the sausage and cut into squares, then the cabbage and carrots, remove the skin, wash very well and grate them, set aside.

Paso2-Step2

luego en una sartén añadí 1/4 de taza de aceite y agregue el repollo reservado.

Seguido agregue la zanahoria y condimente con una pizca de sazona todo y comencé a remover.

luego agregue las salchichas ya corta y seguí removiendo por unos 5min.

Después abrí los panes y rellene con la salchichas y los vegetales, luego añadí salsa tártara y salsa de tomate al gusto.

luego agregue un toque de picante, luego le rocié papas fritas y mas salsa tártara.

Para finalizar le añadí queso parmesano al gusto y listo.

To finish, I added Parmesan cheese to taste and that was it.
