Hoy tenia ganas de comer algo rico y dulce, además tenia muchas ganas de compartir una receta en donde se utilizara la stevia liquida, aquí en mi blog de dejo el paso a paso para prepararla.

Today I wanted to eat something rich and sweet, and I wanted to share a recipe that uses liquid stevia, here in my blog I leave the step by step to prepare it.

Para este burrito dulce necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes:
Tortillas de maíz y/o harina integral, aguacate, cacao en polvo, 1 cucharadita de vainilla, stevia (o el edulcorante de tu preferencia) maní o cualquier fruto seco.

For this sweet burrito we will need the following ingredients:
Corn and/or whole wheat tortillas, avocado, cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, stevia (or the sweetener of your preference) peanuts or any nut.

Primero empezaremos por preparar el ganache de chocolate, primero machacamos el aguacate también puedes hacerlo en licuadora o procesador.

First we will start by preparing the chocolate ganache, first we crush the avocado you can also do it in a blender or processor.

Agregamos el cacao y la vainilla y las gotitas de stevia, realmente esta receta es un poco a gusto personal vamos mezclando y agregando los ingredientes poco a poco hasta que obtengamos un sabor que nos guste.

We add the cocoa and vanilla and the drops of stevia, really this recipe is a little bit to personal taste we are mixing and adding the ingredients little by little until we get a flavor that we like.
