Simply, I continued Learning by Doing and, Doing by Learning
Permit me at time to thank the Curators in their just decision to never tired for showing their ability to represent posts that comes to this Community and every ones from other communities in Hive. I must say, you are strongly appreciated in me with equal mindedness.
My posting today and as the title would have it, the possibility of getting desired plan accomplish is the presence of FAITH calling inside your own self.
I was put to notice last night that I should get ready to lead delegation of six persons to a place where getting appointment to meet with a CEO has been a nightmare. And I have in very longtime refused to be considered for work promotion. So, I felt this management task should get me my new position, I guest.
The voice from the other side of the phone was not a known tone. It a total unfamiliar voice all together but, I know the order of engagement is not a mistake in anyway. I decided to call my branch office Administration Officer and asked if he's aware of call which, he said yes, that the caller is the Chairman/CEO of the company. I went further to know how did he manager to ordered me to do a task that has already been delegated to my superior but the admin officer urged me to take the new task with FAITH and complain less.
I wasn't too comfortable over the whole sudden order from the above office authority. I was talking to myself slowly when a call from a woman struck in my phone. I allowed the phone to continued rang until I had no idea either to answer or not but the last advice from my admin officer came to neared good hope in me and then, I decided alas to pick the call.
The beautiful day enjoyed by seems a fortunate person certainly begins from a promising morning. Behold the caller was one time guest I encountered in a commercial bus. She called me by my name and extend to me friendly greetings. She said to me to have faith in anything I want to achieved with credible accolade. She continued, that she was administered to by the holy spirit to charged me not to refused any official task that I will be ask to undergo. She said the answers to my success story which will eventually uplift me to the next level, is FAITH.
She said to me " Go and express your self with faith. That FAITH has to be expressed, before it can produce what you believe in the heart. That only God sees into ones heart, the contending devil does not. She said I am not contending with God but the devil, whom human was advised to 'resist steadfastly by faith.' Because, God sees everywhere, including your heart.
Faith has a medium of operation and as such it also has a medium of expression. The faith medium of expression is simply saying what is already registered in the spirit. There are 2 ways of expressing faith. First, it us by way of using words and the second is by your action.
She said by cautioning me to be patient and steadfast in my drive to success.
She said to me that, ' the words from my mouth essentially determine whether I will succeed or fail in life. In other words, can make my lifestyle successful and it has the same potential power to bring me down.
I asked why did she decided to call me and yet remembered my name? She replied me with a question if, I am surprised? She urged me to have strong faith in God. "That is to say that the power to kill and make alive lies in what person and believed.
She said that Faith is creative force, when it finds expression in words that are spoken. This is because faith in God will amount to nothing, except it finds expression in words.
Again, she charged me up with hopes which only my faith can do me wonder. And she bid me bye.
I was confused and speechless for sometimes before finally got my breath back.
It was exactly 9 00AM when the Branch manager sent for me to meet with him in his office. He asked if I am ready to do what I was asked to do, and I simply replied yes. Shortly after, he handed me the program of the assignment.
Ar 10:00am, I led a team of seven staff off to the place of official expectations. With unwavering faith filled in me, our hosts tried to inflict dreaded fears in me with awful looks but that did nothing harmful to my bearings because, I already prepared my heart with overall faith. So, short while the official task observations, the overall senior person in our host office collected my details and asked me and my team to leave.
On getting to my office, the administrative officer requested me to joined him in in his office. He handed me a phone that he was answering before joining him in the office. A smooth and friendly voice asked to know my name and my official details, and after a while, I was congratulated for a higher office authority.
So, with strong faith and believed in God, I am now Senior Director Operations.
It is very true that the Faith in you, is truly the working spirit in you. We can make it to the top of a mountain and even move it.
In all, I strongly have faith in the words that would come on this community and other communities in Hive.
