En esta oportunidad quiero mostrarles un poco de mi emprendimiento en casa, unas deliciosas mini donas , es un rico postre que podemos disfrutar en una tarde , llevarlo a un cumpleaños o compartirlo con seres queridos.
Decidí emprender con las mini donas gracias al ejemplo de una amiga, que empezó de la misma forma en la que yo empecé y gracias a Dios hoy tiene su propio negocio . Ese ejemplo y las ganas de luchar por mis hijos son el motivo por el cual hoy he decidido vender mini donas
INGREDIENTES
Huevos
Azúcar
Leche
Aceite
Harina de trigo
Vainilla.
Preparación
1 Paso
En una taza grande verter 2 huevos y mezclar durante 5 minutos hasta que agarre una buena contextura luego añadirle 250gm azúcar y seguir batiendo hasta que se incorporen bien.
2 Paso
Verter 250ml de Leche y 60ml de aceite seguir batiendo aproximadamente por 3 minutos luego incorporamos la harina poco a poco hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.
3 Paso
Colocar la mezcla en la maquina hasta que estas esten doraditas, las sacamos dejamos reposar un poco y luego decoramos con la salsa y toppings que elija el cliente
