This is my first post on hive. I already knew about hive, but I am unable to join because of my academic obligations. I want to thank @clocky for helping me set up my account here. We shall explore this platform together as he is also new here.

I'm Gem, and I reside in the Philippines' Negros Occidental. I was given that name by my parents because I'm the only girl in the family. I'm still in my third year of college. I'm the youngest member of our family as well. My primary languages are Hiligaynon and Ilonggo, but I can also communicate in English and Tagalog.
My Hobbies
Travel✈️
I enjoy exploring new places, especially those that are in the mountains or in a province. Because I adore nature so much, I favor traveling in natural settings. I haven't ventured beyond Negros Island, but when I have my own money, I hope to visit anywhere in the world. Traveling with loved ones makes it even more memorable.
Food🥘
Who doesn't enjoy food? Yes, we all enjoy eating. When we travel, we look for locations where we can enjoy unusual and delectable cuisine. Without eating, a trip is incomplete, am I right? It is impossible that we won't eat well when traveling because my mum is constantly hunting for food.
Photography❤️
I enjoy taking images of myself, my surroundings, and my pets. Wish I had a decent camera. I occasionally borrow the high-quality phone cameras of my friends. But it doesn't mean I don't use my phone to shoot pictures. Good cameras are not the only aspect of photography. How you use your images to tell a story is important.
MY FUTURE CONTENT
I'd want to talk about my experiences in the hive. The foods I eat, the locations I visit, and the activities I engage in on a daily basis.
