Man, there are a lot of new Dapps, games, and all other sorts of "things" on the Steem blockchain. I am using quite a few of them like for example busy.org, PALnet.io, actifit.io and I have played several games like Drugwars, SteemMonsters - I didn't get as far as Splinterland, MoonSteem which I think is no longer available, MagicDice, also some others like DTube, Dlike which left etc.
Well I just tried another one KryptoGamers, this one has three games, Dice, Video Poker (Even though it isn't what you would expect} and BlackJack. Well as I am a gambler as soon as I found out I jumped right in. I signed in with SteemConnect and started playing Video Poker last night I had 7 liquid Steem in my account and I just played two games in which I won 10 Steem, plus 50 Gamer tokens.
I quit playing for the night because I didn't see any of my Steem back so I figured I was missing something. So this morning when I looked at my wallet, there they were 17 Steem, seems it is paid nearly instantly but I hadn't checked the wallet. Well of course as I am a gambler I automatically went back to play video poker and lost 3 Steem not winning once.
So I changed games, I went with Blackjack, I started out losing but I then started doubling at a loss and had 16 Steem back, but I continued playing and doubling until eventually I lost all my liquid Steem, so overall I lost about 6.5 Steem, which is not much, but I now also have 1800 Gamer tokens, which apparently are worth nothing right now so I will stake them and hope their value shoots straight up in the future.
I don't plan to play much here because I never end up winning when I gamble, which I think happens to everyone except the house, but I still might drop a few Steem now and then as I did find it fun.
