This is sort of like a Ramen or Noodle House, but instead you have many choices of Broths, Vegetables, and Meats to choose from. You can think of it similar to a Ramen Version of Subway!
And it's very delicious! Their main broth is a shoyu based ramen broth called Ichiriki and/or house broth!
