The thought of becoming vegan does not sound very appealing to me currently, but I definitely understand the benefits of being much more conscious and strategic about my diet. I have recently cut out gluten and dairy to test their effects, or lack of on my body. In addition, I have started fasting intermittently. Although dairy doesn't seem to be much of an issue, it is becoming increasingly evident that I do have some type of gluten intolerance. Between cutting out gluten (mostly) and fasting intermittently, it is amazing to reflect on how different my body and mind feel. It is hard to put in words when I am asked to describe, but the best I can do is say that I just feel cleaner/lighter/less clogged?
Anyways, I never knew how interesting learning about nutrition was :)
